Questions

Asked before you buy

How does the Baby Hip Carrier take the load off my back?

The padded waistband sits on your hips and spreads your child's weight across your pelvis instead of dumping it all on one hip and your lower back. It clips on in seconds without help, adjusts to your body, and frees a hand for a trolley or a coffee.

What age is the carrier for?

The hip seat suits babies who can hold their head up steadily and sit with support, through to the toddler years. Always keep your child supervised and their face clear while you carry them.

Is the changing pad waterproof?

It's water-resistant, with a polyester top and a PU-laminated lining, so it keeps spills off your bag and gives your baby a clean surface. Wipe it clean after each change and let it dry before folding it away.

How big is the changing pad?

It opens to about 68 x 70 cm, which is plenty of room for a nappy change, and folds down to fit in your nappy bag.

What if it's not for me?

Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it on your real outings, and if it's not for you, email us within 30 days for a refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
