How it works

Clip it on

Buckle the padded waistband around your hips and tighten it until it sits snugly.

Seat your little one

Sit your baby or toddler on the hip seat facing you, and keep a hand on them as you settle.

Head out

Their weight sits on your hips, so you've got a hand free for the trolley, the car keys or your coffee.

Why it matters

Made for real days out

A hand free
Your little one's weight sits on your hips, not your arms, so you can carry them through the shops and still hold your coffee.

Questions

Asked before you buy

How does the Baby Hip Carrier take the load off my back?

The padded waistband sits on your hips and spreads your child's weight across your pelvis instead of dumping it all on one hip and your lower back. It clips on in seconds without help, adjusts to your body, and frees a hand for a trolley or a coffee.

What age is the carrier for?

The hip seat suits babies who can hold their head up steadily and sit with support, through to the toddler years. Always keep your child supervised and their face clear while you carry them.

Can both parents share the same carrier?

Yes. The waistband adjusts across different body shapes, so you and your partner can swap it back and forth without refitting from scratch. The weight sits on the hips either way, so swapping between you is quick.

How do I clean the carrier?

Wipe it down with a damp cloth for everyday marks, or hand wash in cool water and let it air dry.

What if it's not for me?

Every order comes with our 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it on your real outings, and if it's not for you, email us within 30 days for a refund. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
